The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management, 3+ years remote leadership, a master's degree, and proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, plus strong remote collaboration tools and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• 3+ years managing projects entirely remotely.
• Master's degree in Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies applied to remote settings.
• Proficiency with advanced collaboration and project management software for virtual teams.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution and stakeholder management in a virtual context.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale projects remotely.
• Develop strategic project roadmaps with defined scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage remote project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance via virtual means.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines using advanced remote management tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the distributed project environment.
