Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Lead Project Manager to drive complex, fully remote initiatives from a George-based capacity. You will guide project teams through the full lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource utilization.

You will define roadmaps, manage dependencies and budgets, and mentor teams to deliver initiatives that propel growth across geographic boundaries. An experienced leader with strong collaboration skills will thrive in this remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in project management, with remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of complex projects in a fully remote setting.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to senior leadership as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication among distributed project team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency for remote teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
