Placements24 is seeking a strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation Lead for a hybrid role with regular in-person engagement in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will identify and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, government bodies, foundations, and NGOs, while driving diversified funding streams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in partnership development, a track record in securing resources, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in partnership development or related field in the non-profit sector.
• Proven success in securing significant funding and partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience with grant management and proposal writing.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with corporate entities, government bodies, foundations, and NGOs.
• Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies to diversify funding streams.
• Lead negotiations and formalize partnership agreements aligned with organizational goals.
• Organize joint initiatives and collaborative projects with partners.
• Represent the organization at events and stakeholder meetings in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.
