Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant focused on FSI accounts in the SADC region. In this remote role, you will collaborate with the Sales team to drive technical sales and secure complex cybersecurity deals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, significant experience in cybersecurity sales, and a deep understanding of network and cloud security technologies. Proficiency in tools like Python and Ansible, along with knowledge of the Mining industry's security requirements, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Pre‑Sales, Systems Engineering, or similar roles within cybersecurity.
• Deep technical understanding of security technologies and regulations in the Mining industry.
• Proven ability to design and demonstrate security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to close cybersecurity opportunities in the SADC region.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer requirements.
• Lead Proof of Concept engagements to validate solutions.
