Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in a Pre-Sales or Solutions Consultant role within cybersecurity or networking.
• Deep technical understanding of network, cloud security, and endpoint protection technologies.
• Experience with the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and regulatory/security requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the SADC market and business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify and close cybersecurity opportunities in the FSI sector in the SADC region.
• Conduct technical discovery to map customer requirements to Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Design and demonstrate complex security architectures addressing customer challenges and goals.
• Lead and manage POC engagements to prove technical feasibility and value.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain deep technical expertise on the Palo Alto Networks platform and competitive landscape.
• Explain complex concepts to executives while detailing technical aspects for stakeholders.
