Busy Bees Global is seeking a seasoned Remote Solar Sales professional to drive end-to-end consultative sales with Australian clients from a South Africa-based role.

You will manage discovery, proposal development, and deal closure, leveraging modern CRM and quoting tools to optimize conversion. The position emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and ongoing coaching in a high-reward remote environment.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of proven track record in technical sales, outbound sales, or remote deal-closing roles.
• Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, cloud calling software, and quoting software.
• Experience in solar/electrical/technical product sales preferred.
• Ability to translate complex tech into consultative value propositions.
• Disciplined self-starter with strong communication and goal-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct remote consultations with pre-qualified prospects, running full discovery and closing solar/battery deals.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on accurate custom solar proposals using design and quoting software.
• Engage directly with pre-vetted leads loaded into your calendar to maintain high conversion rates.
• Track every call, prospect interaction, and deal stage in GoHighLevel to keep pipeline data current.
• Utilize downtime for targeted follow-ups and business development to maximize closing opportunities.
• Participate in team role-plays, pipeline reviews, and sales feedback sessions to refine closing techniques.
