Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership/management.
- Experience leading distributed/remote engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage software engineers across locations.
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of software.
- Define and implement software development processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements.
- Drive architectural design and technology choices for teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of software projects, managing timelines and risks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
- Champion a remote-first work environment and effective communication.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
