Placements24 invites an experienced Remote Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to lead our online presence from anywhere in South Africa. You will craft campaigns, produce graphics and videos, publish posts, and grow an engaged e-commerce community.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record, strong copywriting and design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite), and proficiency with CapCut and Premiere Pro. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand growth.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Strategist, or similar role.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketing principles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
• Plan and manage a content calendar with consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Experiment with new content formats to enhance reach and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media communities.
