You will analyze metrics, report insights, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand voice across platforms, while staying current with trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as Social Media Specialist/Manager.
• Strong content creation skills across text, image and video.
• Experience with paid social campaigns and budgeting.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (FB, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions.
• Design and run paid campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Analyze performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated on best practices and platform changes.
• Identify influencers and brand advocates.
