Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and schedule engaging content for all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets (images, videos, infographics, GIFs).
• Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and ad creatives.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and user-generated content, identifying opportunities for engagement and content ideation.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights, making data-driven recommendations for content optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media features, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Content Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging narratives.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics and design.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
