Placements24 is seeking a Social Media Community Manager & Content Creator based in Rustenburg or able to work remotely from North West. You’ll craft engaging narratives, build online communities, and produce written, visual, and video content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Content Creator roles.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills for engaging copy.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or similar for content creation.
Basic video editing skills for short-form content (TikTok, Reels).

Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Create original written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
Monitor conversations, identify trends and potential issues.
Engage with online communities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Analyze metrics and report on content performance and growth.
Collaborate with marketing on content strategy and campaigns.
