Placements24 is seeking a creative Social Media & Community Manager to lead online engagement from our Rustenburg base. You will craft and execute strategies across platforms to boost brand awareness and loyalty, while building vibrant communities and driving meaningful conversations.

You will analyze metrics, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and stay ahead of trends. This role supports flexible working arrangements and growth opportunities within the North West region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in social media management & community building.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
• Excellent content creation skills: copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong SEO understanding related to social content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; engages diverse audiences.
• Experience moderating online communities and discussions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Resides in or near Rustenburg, North West.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
