Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will use LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to craft personalized outreach, build accurate contact lists and maintain clean Salesforce records while driving pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• B2B sales experience with quota carrying is preferred.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach ability.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
