Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, with full visibility of activity in Salesforce and SalesLoft. Prior B2B sales experience and comfort using outbound tools are essential.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota carrying background preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
