You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to run thoughtful outreach, maintain clean records, and hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Experience with outbound outreach and building contact lists.
• Ability to personalize outreach and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
