Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings with qualified prospects, setting the stage for our Account Executives.

You will use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run thoughtful outbound sequences, maintain clean data, and hit volume goals while preserving high-quality outreach across channels.

Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfort with Salesforce and pipeline management.
