Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Subsea Engineer to join their remote team, contributing to the design, fabrication, and installation of subsea production systems. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while ensuring the integrity of subsea infrastructure.

You will design equipment such as christmas trees and manifolds, develop installation procedures, perform stress and fatigue analyses, and collaborate with global vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in subsea engineering for offshore oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools.
• Strong knowledge of subsea system architecture, components, and interfaces.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical tasks and deliver results independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective virtual teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze subsea equipment, including christmas trees, manifolds, and flowlines.
• Develop installation procedures and support offshore execution activities remotely.
• Perform stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and integrity assessments for subsea components.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on technical specifications and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for subsea operations.
• Contribute to risk assessments and HAZID studies for subsea development projects.
