Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer to join a distributed team. This fully remote role focuses on structural analysis and design for diverse projects, requiring a strong background in engineering mechanics and CAD-based documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA, 8+ years of design experience, and proven ability to lead analysis remotely while ensuring code compliance and safe, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with structural focus.
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA is essential.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure using advanced software.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculation reports.
• Review designs to ensure structural integrity and feasibility.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams remotely.
• Stay current with advancements in structural practices and building codes.
• Conduct quality control reviews of structural designs and documentation.
