Placements24 is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their remote Cloud Infrastructure team in a fully remote SA position. You will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure powering innovative products. A strong background in cloud platforms and IaC is required.

You will write code in Python/Go/Java, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and build CI/CD pipelines. The role emphasizes security, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) including EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Proficiency in Python/Go/Java for infra automation and tooling.
• Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security in cloud.
