Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to provide remote technical oversight and support for civil infrastructure projects. You will guide site teams, review construction methodologies, and ensure design and safety standards are met while working from a remote location.

You will mentor junior engineers, analyze complex issues, and participate in virtual inspections across major projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in civil infrastructure construction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making in technical contexts.
• Strong communication and ability to manage remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote engineering guidance and support to site teams for civil infrastructure projects.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and technical solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues encountered during construction.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and progress reviews using site-provided data.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations across sites.
• Mentor and guide junior site engineers and technical staff remotely.
