Refined Naturals in South Africa is seeking a proactive, commercially driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote-first role.

You will generate new business via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, engage senior decision-makers, and maintain a healthy CRM-driven pipeline while hitting revenue targets and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
• Proven track record in outbound sales and closing deals
• Experience engaging mid- to senior-level decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Identify target accounts, research prospects and engage decision-makers
• Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations
• Understand client needs and position solutions that deliver measurable results
• Maintain and nurture a healthy CRM-driven pipeline with regular follow-ups
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and internal teams
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Share market insights to improve sales strategies and conversions
