Mototeam is seeking a Remote Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding virtual sales team. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships entirely online from anywhere in South Africa, with the flexibility to work remote and collaborate across a distributed team.

The candidate should have a proven B2B sales track record, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and qualify new business leads through various online channels, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their business requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
