Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years of progressive risk management experience.
• Familiarity with Basel III, Solvency II or equivalent.
• FRM/PRM/CFA desirably.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and quantify financial, operational and market risks.
• Develop and implement risk policies, procedures and controls.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis for adverse events.
• Monitor KRIs and KPIs to track risk exposure.
• Prepare risk reports and present to senior management and committees.
• Embed risk management principles across business units.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging risks.
• Contribute to risk modeling tool development and enhancements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.
• Provide risk management training to staff.
