Placements24 is seeking a Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for a leading omnichannel retailer in a remote-first setup. You will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty across digital, social, email, and loyalty programs, while collaborating with Sales, E-commerce, and Product teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in retail marketing with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content)
• Strong brand management, positioning, and strategy experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams in-person and remotely
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend
• Comfort with remote work and autonomous task management
