Placements24 is seeking a Senior Restaurant Consultant to join a remote-first, global consultancy serving restaurant clients across markets. You will provide strategic guidance, operational optimization, and profitability improvements from your home office, shaping restaurant outcomes for diverse brands.

The role requires 8–10 years in restaurant management, operations, or consulting, plus a Master’s degree preference.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of extensive experience in restaurant management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective business strategies for restaurant businesses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse client groups.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and performance metric tracking.
• Expertise in F&B, marketing, and HR aspects of restaurant operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
• Deep understanding of global restaurant industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Assess restaurant operations, including menu engineering, pricing strategies, and supply chain management.
• Develop customized business plans and growth strategies to improve profitability and market position.
• Provide recommendations on operational efficiency, service standards, and customer experience.
• Advise on industry trends, technology adoption, and sustainability practices.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions on restaurant management.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management and clients.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
