Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Senior Consultant specializing in Strategy and Operations. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence for clients worldwide, analyzing complex business problems and guiding organizational changes.

You will lead market research, feasibility studies, design process improvements, and facilitate virtual workshops with distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting or operations management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, long-term projects independently.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, comfortable across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance client operations and performance.
