Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Hospitality Technology Consultant for a fully remote engagement. This strategic, remote-first role focuses on advising hospitality clients on implementing and optimizing PMS, CRS, POS, and CRM systems to boost efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.

You will work independently from a home office, lead technology roadmaps, conduct assessments, guide integrations, and mentor client teams through digital transformation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality technology, consulting, or a senior IT management role within the hospitality sector.
• Proven expertise in various hospitality technology systems (PMS, CRS, POS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data security, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and client-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of current trends in AI, IoT, and data analytics within the hospitality context.
• Experience with system implementation lifecycle and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current technology infrastructure and workflows.
• Recommend and design tailored technology solutions (PMS/CRS/POS/CRM).
• Guide implementation, integration, and adoption of new systems.
• Advise on AI, IoT, and data analytics in hospitality.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client staff.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay current with hospitality tech trends and innovations.
• Manage multiple client projects to ensure timely delivery.
