Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking an Internal Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for tech and high-volume roles. This remote role requires conducting technical interviews and partnering with internal stakeholders to align on requirements.

You will manage multiple requisitions across technical and non-technical roles, maintaining candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, while using ATS tools and sourcing platforms to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing and high-volume hiring.
• Hands-on experience with technical recruiting and interviewing.
• Track record of success with tech clients and complex roles.
• Strong communication and a candidate-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work PST or EST hours for part of the week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers.
• Manage multiple requisitions across tech and non-tech roles.
• Conduct technical interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to align on requirements.
• Provide excellent candidate engagement from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain clean records in an ATS and recruiting systems.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
