Job summary

Placements24 is sourcing a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst for a fully remote role servicing clients across South Africa. You will develop strategic financial models, perform market research, and identify lucrative real estate ventures to support the investment committee.

The position requires 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or related finance roles, expertise in modeling, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Remote work offers flexibility and growth within an expanding firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related quantitative field.
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analyses and feasibility studies for acquisitions and developments.
Build complex financial models (DCF, LTV, ROI, IRR) to forecast performance.
Conduct market research on property trends and economic indicators.
Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across sectors.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including brokers and lenders.
Maintain a database of opportunities and market intelligence.
Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
