Responsibilities

This position is critical for evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, and developing strategic financial models. You will be instrumental in identifying lucrative real estate ventures, assessing risks, and providing data-driven recommendations to the investment committee. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Developing complex financial models (DCF, LTV, ROI, IRR) to forecast investment performance.
• Performing extensive market research on property trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity.
• Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in various real estate sectors.
• Preparing detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitoring the performance of existing investments and providing regular reports.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate specific software (e.g., Argus) is highly desirable.
