Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a growing team in a remote-first capacity within South Africa. You will conduct market research, build financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare investment reports for senior management and committees.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of real estate investment experience, strong knowledge of financial modeling (DCF, comps), and proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and REIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, comps), and due diligence.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and real estate investment principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, VBA), PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects remotely.
