Key Responsibilities

Evaluate investment proposals, prepare detailed investment memoranda, and present findings and recommendations to the investment committee. Requirements

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative discipline. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or asset management. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence procedures for real estate assets. Strong understanding of capital markets, real estate finance, and investment strategies. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VBA), PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, CoStar). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and persuasively.
