About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their globally distributed team. This fully remote position requires a candidate with a strong financial background and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to support investment decisions across various property types and markets. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow projections, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, and sensitivity analysis for potential real estate investments.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand supply and demand dynamics, demographic trends, and economic conditions impacting target markets.
• Analyze comparable property sales and leasing data to determine market value and potential returns.
• Assist in the underwriting process for acquisitions, including reviewing pro forma statements and operating agreements.
• Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and conduct periodic reviews.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, capital markets, and new investment strategies in the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (brokers, lenders, legal counsel) during the acquisition and disposition process.
• Maintain and update financial models and databases for tracking investment performance.
• Assist in the preparation of investor reports and communication materials.
