Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Appraiser for a fully remote role serving markets around Pretoria. The candidate will handle complex appraisals, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to USPAP and professional ethics.

The position requires CRA/CGA designation and at least seven years of appraisal experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in appraisal software.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA) or Certified General Appraiser (CGA) designation is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience performing real estate appraisals.
• Strong knowledge of sales comparison, cost, and income capitalization approaches.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex real estate appraisals for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare detailed appraisal reports in line with USPAP.
• Conduct remote property inspections when feasible and necessary.
