Our client, a leading real estate advisory firm, is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Real Estate Appraiser to join their expanding, fully remote team. This is a critical role focused on providing accurate and defensible real estate valuations for a wide range of purposes, including mortgage lending, investment analysis, estate planning, and litigation support. Key Responsibilities

Perform complex real estate appraisals for various property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties, primarily serving markets relevant to Pretoria . Prepare comprehensive and well-supported appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and other relevant industry guidelines. Stay current with industry best practices, technological advancements in appraisal software, and changes in real estate markets and regulations. Defend appraisal reports when necessary in legal or review settings.

Requirements
