Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years in real estate acquisitions or corporate finance.
- Proven track record closing real estate deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source acquisition opportunities meeting criteria.
- Perform financial analysis, pro forma modeling, ROI calculations.
- Conduct due diligence, including title reviews and inspections.
- Assess market conditions and investment potential.
- Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers and reps.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and asset teams to close deals.
- Build relationships with brokers, owners, lenders and partners.
- Prepare investment proposals for the acquisition committee.
- Stay updated on market trends and compliance.
- Manage pipeline and ensure timely deal execution.
