- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess investment viability and returns.
- Develop detailed financial models, including pro forma, DCF, and sensitivity analyses.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and related documents with sellers.
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations outlining deal rationale and risks.
- Manage due diligence with legal, environmental, and technical advisors.
- Contribute to acquisition strategy and execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
