Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Real Estate Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote role. You will identify, evaluate and secure lucrative real estate opportunities across market segments, conducting due diligence, modeling ROI, and negotiating purchase agreements to close with lenders and title companies.

You will lead deal sourcing, maintain rigorous records, and collaborate with internal teams to align acquisitions with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking or private equity.
• Proven track record sourcing, analyzing and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques and due diligence processes.
• Excellent negotiation, contract review and deal structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Source off-market and on-market real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct financial analyses including pro forma modeling and DCF.
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions including market and legal reviews.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers.
• Build relationships with brokers, developers, and owners.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to investment committee.
• Manage closing processes with legal, lenders and title companies.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes impacting acquisitions.
