Job summary

Monaco Solicitors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end recruitment across Monaco Solicitors and Grapple. You will run the hiring process, manage pipelines, and report on metrics, while aligning with the CEO on hiring priorities and planning delivery.

You may bring in assistants for screening and related tasks, maintaining a hands-on, process-driven approach. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and direct exposure to founders and senior leadership within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a project manager, business administrator, operations manager or similar with full delivery ownership.
• 1+ year in a senior project manager or similar role managing others.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
• Owns results and delivery without micromanagement.
• Comfortable owning numbers and reporting; follows established processes.
• Organised to run several workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment as a project and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Run the established hiring process consistently and scale with volumes.
• Own recruitment metrics: pipeline, time-to-hire, conversion, cost, quality of hire.
• Collaborate with CEO to agree hiring priorities and plan delivery.
• Manage multiple live vacancies without slippage.
• Bring in and manage talent acquisition assistants for screening tasks.
• Write and post job adverts and ensure timely candidate communications.
• Identify improvements in processes, systems or reporting and implement them.
• Support onboarding and hiring coordination for new starters.
