Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major Oil & Gas EPC infrastructure projects in a fully remote role. The candidate will oversee scope, budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communications across global teams.

Remote leadership is essential to drive cross-functional collaboration and project success. Candidates should have 12+ years in project management, with 7+ years in Oil & Gas EPC, and hold an Engineering degree (MBA advantageous).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA advantageous.
Minimum 12 years in project management with 7+ years in Oil & Gas EPC.
Proven ability to deliver multi-million USD projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, communication, and remote stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation proactively.
Oversee procurement, contracting, and vendor management.
Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards across the lifecycle.
Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact and lead remote teams.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment in a remote setting.
