Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, proposing data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and best practices, recommending their adoption where appropriate.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Participate in remote team meetings and contribute actively to collaborative problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering or process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Proven experience in managing projects and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
