Responsabilités

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new industrial engineering strategies and process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Utilize simulation, modeling, and data analysis tools to evaluate process changes and predict outcomes.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for new and revised processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements.
• Manage process improvement projects from conception to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and operational staff on new processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and simulation software.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams remotely.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
