Placements24 seeks a Senior Process Engineer to optimize complex production workflows from a home office. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, improve yield, reduce waste, and ensure safety across our client’s manufacturing operations.

This remote role demands strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in process engineering, proficiency in Aspen Plus and MATLAB, and a track record of ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and SPC experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements and technological innovations using Lean Six Sigma.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and test new processes and equipment.
• Create and maintain SOPs and control plans.
