Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a power systems focus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in power system analysis and planning.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard power system simulation software (PSS/E, PowerFactory, EMTP-RV).
• Strong understanding of power system dynamics, protection principles, and grid codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive power system studies including load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination analyses.
• Develop and validate power system models using industry-standard software.
• Analyze grid performance data, identify issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to planning and integration of new generation resources, including renewables.
• Assist in developing operational guidelines and procedures to enhance grid reliability.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
