The ideal candidate has a Master's in Petroleum Engineering, 10+ years in production optimization, and deep expertise in artificial lift, wellbore modeling, and production forecasting.

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive petroleum engineering experience focused on production optimization.
• Expertise in artificial lift systems, wellbore flow modeling, and production forecasting.
• Proficient with PROSPER, SAPPHIRE, OLGA, and PVTsim.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop artificial lift strategies (ESPs, gas lift) to improve recovery.
• Perform well and facilities performance reviews and recommend interventions.
• Conduct economic evaluations of production projects.
• Use production simulation tools to model and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, geologists, and operations teams.
• Prepare technical reports and management recommendations.
• Stay updated on new production optimization technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and support remote team knowledge sharing.
• Manage projects and timelines remotely.
