Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Production Engineer to optimize hydrocarbon production from oil and gas assets while working from a remote location. You will analyze production data, diagnose issues, and drive projects like artificial lift installations to maximize recovery and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas production engineering.
Proficiency in production analysis software, artificial lift design, and well test interpretation.
Strong understanding of production operations, facilities, and surface equipment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily production operations and analyze well performance data.
Identify and diagnose production issues, recommending and implementing solutions for optimization.
Develop and manage production enhancement projects, such as artificial lift system installations or workovers.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for all production activities.
Collaborate with reservoir engineers and geoscientists to align production strategies with geological and reservoir models.
Prepare production reports and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
