Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics and supply chain; 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics ops and improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis and reporting tool proficiency.
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment; budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in logistics and warehousing.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations including inventory, order fulfillment, transport, and distribution.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals; foster collaboration and high performance.
• Negotiate with 3PLs and suppliers for favorable terms and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution.

• Negotiate with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to secure favorable terms and service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations and implementing operational improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, transportation management systems (TMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions.
