Placements24 is seeking a Senior NLP Engineer to join a remote-first engineering team. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models and applications handling large text datasets.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for NLP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, NER, and MT.
• Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
• Process, clean, and analyze large volumes of text data to extract features and insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate NLP into products and tools.
• Design and implement efficient data pipelines for training and evaluating NLP models.
• Stay up-to-date with NLP research and apply it to practical problems.
