Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior AI Engineer with a specialization in NLP to join a distributed engineering team. You will design, build, and deploy advanced NLP models for text tasks such as classification, translation, and summarization, impacting products and users globally.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product teams to integrate NLP capabilities, and stay at the forefront of NLP research in a fully remote environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience with NLP focus.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK).
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Production deployment of ML models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, machine translation, and summarization.
• Process and manage large text datasets, ensuring quality and relevance for model training.
• Implement and fine‑tune pre‑trained language models (e.g., BERT, GPT variants).
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate NLP capabilities into applications and services.
• Optimize NLP models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and machine learning.
