Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical product development with a strong portfolio of launched products.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software suites (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS).
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and mentor junior engineers remotely.
• Deep understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFA principles.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adapted for a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products from concept to launch.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses, including structural, thermal, and vibration simulations.
• Create and manage detailed design documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes to ensure product performance and reliability.
